The Brianna "Breeze" CNC System

With Brianna Products it's a Breeze!

A Letter To My Fellow Cue Maker's,

I know there many Cue Maker's out there wanting to do CNC inlays. A few years back when trying to line up my first CNC I looked at Align-Rite Tools, Cue Monster and few others. I set out not knowing a thing at all about the CNC, I just knew that I wanted to be able build cues with the help of one.

I finally found a company on-line making small CNC machines. After talking with this fellow and explaining what I wanted he said he could make one of his entry style machines work. We had many months of talking and back and forth. After 6 months and payment in full for two machines ... nothing ...

I then made a surprise visit to him about seven hours away from here, it was Saturday. I parked across the street and waited. He finally showed up and opened the shop. After a few minutes I walked across the street and walked in. There were eight or ten half-finished machines in his shop. After introducing myself he said, "Here is your machine." To make a long story short he was going out of business. I told him I was not leaving without my two machines. He admitted he only had one and didn't have the the parts to finish it. So I took the half finished machine and a written promise to finish the second machine at his home. We agreed to making the second machine with a 4th axis to make up for the unfinished first one.

After getting the machine home, it took months to finish it. None knew how to complete it, or if they did, they had no knowledge about pool cue CNC machines. After much time and many headaches, I made things work. I learned more and met people willing to help me. So, what I am getting at here, is I don't want anyone going through what I did unnecessarily. Now,  I can offer you a painless ... affordable way to do your CNC pool cue work!

Although we try to make all of our products as easy to use as possible, there is a learning curve. Especially if you have never had experience with the type of product you are buying. We do offer Tech Support at an additional cost through Jerry Powers of Jerico Custom Cues. We encourage anyone with little or no experience to purchase tech support.

Brianna Products makes no revenue on Tech Support purchased.

Here's what you will need:

1.) A Computer* -Not A Lap Top, Key Board, & Mouse
The Mach 3 program does not run on a laptop.
2.) An electricity source - a wall socket will do.
3.) A work piece to do your first inlay!
4.) Time to learn your new machine.

* All computers are not compatible with the Brianna Breeze CNC machine.  If you are going to use this machine on YOUR computer it must have - WINDOWS 98, 2000 OR Vista, It must have a parallel port or a printer port. It is NOT compatible with Linux. We highly recommend you purchasing the one we offer (I am not making money off selling you a computer).

Like everything new, you will have a learning curve ...

but nothing like I went through!

Here's what I am offering you:

1.) A FREE Saturday workshop at my shop in Quincy, MI (meals included - travel and lodging NOT included). You will learn on the made to order machine you purchased. All you need to bring is the computer you want your programs loaded into*. It will be set up, hooked up and readied for you. Please read the paragraph written in red below.

I make NO guarantee that YOUR computer will work with this machine.

We do offer a low priced computer at an addition cost.

Due to the fact that all motherboards and computers are not the same, and that there is a minimum voltage requirement to make the CNC machine run we cannot tell you over the telephone if your computer will work. We are not discounting your machine, we just want to make certain you have the proper voltage to make the controller work properly. The only true way of knowing if your computer is going to work is by hooking it up and physically trying it out.

2.) If you choose not to come to my shop, your machine will be crated and shipped to your door with minimal assembly (less then 1 hour).  Shipping is an extra cost. We ship to the Continental United States ONLY.

3.)You will get some basic proven programs. (Programs vary with machines.)

4.) Basic System (This is a 4 axis holds full length butt or shaft - It DOES NOT taper butts or shafts. You MUST reposition your fixture if you are cutting over 12" (TWELVE INCHES).

5.) Table to hold parts.

6.) A Thumb Drive with all the programs on it. (For back-up or set-up)

Does Not Include MACH-3 This is an additional $149.00

Go here to order Mach 3 at a discount price!!!

Mach-3

Mach 3 software is for running the CNC machine, not for writing programs or G Codes. We suggest purchasing Bob-Cad 21.5 as your Cad-Cam Software.

We do not sell or offer any Cad-Cam software, you must have this type software to draw your designs and create your G Codes. At this point all created codes are transferred to Mach 3 to run the machine.
